Density = The total number of times a word or phrase appears in the content, divided by the total number of words/phrases, excluding Stop Words and Short Words
Prom = Prominence = Distance from the first word of the Content to this/these word(s) eg. the phrase "blue widgets - if blue is the 10th word and widgets is the 11th word and there are 200 two word phrases repeated once (a word or phrase is not counted unless it is repeated at least once i.e. there must be at least two occurrences for it to be included in the calculations), then the phrase "blue widgets" appears in position #10 of 200 = 95% (i.e 190/200 expressed as a % = 95%)
T = Title = Words, excluding Stop words and Short words, in the Title
U = URL = Words, excluding Stop words and Short words, in the URL.
D = Description = Words, excluding Stop Words and Short words, in the Meta Description Tag
K = Keywords = Words, excluding Stop words and Short words, in the Meta Keywords Tag.
H = Heading = Words, excluding Stop words and Short words, in the H1-H6 elements
B = Bold Strong = Words, excluding Stop words and Short words, delineated as Bold, Em or Strong
I = Italic = Words, excluding Stop words and Short words, delineated as Italic
A = Alt Title = Words, excluding Stop Words and Short words, in Alt text for Images or in Image Titles
Q1 = Quartile One = Words, excluding Stop words and Short words, in the first 25% of the Content
Q2 = Quartile Two = Words, excluding Stop words and Short words, in the second 25% of the Content
Q3 = Quartile Three = Words, excluding Stop words and Short words, in the third 25% of the Content

Reading the Results
In H1: 6/1 = One H1 heading with 6 words
In H2: 9/2 = Two H2 headings with 9 words, total
In H3-H6: 0/0 = Zero H3, H4, H5 and H6 headings
In Bold or Strong: 14/6 = 6 instances of bolding, with 14 bolded words, total
In Italics: 0/0 = Zero words in Italics
In Image Alt: 9/3 = 3 instances of Image Alt, with 9 words, total
